Website policy and terms of use:

The images on the website are a digital product and there may be slight changes in the shades of the final printed product.

Once a product has been ordered and entered the printing process, it cannot be exchanged or canceled, as the products are specially tailored to you.

In addition to the above, the images on the site   are produced by personal order and are not "off the shelf products", these products cannot be replaced unless a product defect is found in them.

A defective product will be repaired/replaced/, after it is sent to us by registered mail, and this only if the responsibility for the defect is as a result of a defect in the printing process.
